Helwan suburb is located about thirty kilometers away from Cairo, and to the east of River Nile, Helwan is about forty meters above the sea level. Helwan climate is dry and moderate; humidity percentage is about 58 %. There are several sulphurous and mineral Springs, a Health Center was founded there for the treatment of rheumatism and rheumatic pains.
